One parking space per reservation is available, and it is important to park in the designated spot to avoid towing. The property is not responsible for lost or stolen items, towing, or vehicle damage while parked on the property. A damage waiver fee is included in your reservation, covering accidental property damage. However, it does not cover intentional damage, damage caused by the violation of the rental policy, or any damages exceeding $300 per stay.
