We are going to be away this summer and want an awesome family to enjoy our home while we are away. Our one simple rule we ask all guests to respect is "treat our home the way you would want your home treated". Thank you! - Pets are not permitted. - Smoking is prohibited. - 2 parking spots in driveway and cars cannot park in the garage. - Please keep all shades half up to allow plenty of light. Coffee mugs hang on the hooks by coffee maker. Front porch and deck need to be cleaned - especially back deck. - Master bedroom runs on a remote control but the light switch must be in "on" position to work. We have a white cabinet in the garage for extra paper towels, soap, light bulbs, etc... - Groups, gatherings, and parties are not permitted. - This is a very quiet neighborhood, and guests are expected to be aware of and respect this.
