He has served on the Boards of the Rockport-Fulton Chamber of Commerce, the Rockport Center for the Arts and the Rockport-Fulton Economic Development Committee and is active volunteer at most local festivities. John and Penny have lived in Rockport for over forty years. They love nature, art, exercise and socializing with friends and family.
