As soon as you walk in you're greeted with light! Even on a gray day, you have light! The front door enters into the very large living room. It feels more like an open floor plan of a loft. But it's better. It has a good-sized bedroom with double closets; a nook between the living room and the bedroom that has the original built-in armoire, which holds a lot! Plenty of cabinets for all the gear. The kitchen has ample cabinets which greet the morning sun. There is also a dinning room with a sweet area for a dining table and that first cup of coffee. What I love most is the tree-house feel you get...you're looking out at large leafy green trees in the summer, which helps keep the heat down and also gives you a sanctuary vibe. Did I mention the hardwood floors throughout and the high ceilings? Oh, yeah...it's here. If you have a kitty, that's just fine. There is no pet-rent here.
