You’ll want to spend some time enjoying the backyard swimming pool. Nestled in a prime location in Vista Valley, you’ll have easy access to local amenities and vibrant community attractions. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs, featuring a center island, stainless-steel appliances, and high-end finishes. There is plenty of counter space and an abundance of cabinets so feel free to stock up during your stay. Free parking is available to guests in the double-car garage or on the driveway. A laundry room has a washer and dryer available for your use should you wish to refresh your clothing during your stay. We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for more than 6 guests. Early check-in and late check-out options are available, subject to availability and may include a small additional fee. Smoking of any type is not allowed and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. No parties or events are allowed. Pets should be discussed in advance; we only allow house-trained pets and ask to make sure they keep off beds and furniture. Pet cleaning fees apply. There is a full disclosure policy for the number of people on the property at any time with security camera verification to comply with local laws and booking platform policies. Rest assured, there are no cameras in any inside private areas as we respect the privacy of our guests. Small low-key gatherings are allowed only upon request and approval in advance. Includes high-speed Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube. A laptop computer is not included.
