The bedroom has a mirrored door walk-in closet, TV area, and a sliding glass door that leads to the deck. Other features are the in unit washer and dryer, ceiling fans, and electric heating. Uncovered parking is available. Only cats are welcome with a pet deposit of $500/pet. Smoking is prohibited. Tenant’s responsibilities are water, trash, electricity, landscaping. Utilities are not included but are monthly charges in addition to rent. Electricity is metered and read monthly, garbage is $25.00 and water is $40.00 per person.
