Parking is available for one vehicle at the back of the home, but the garage is off-limits. Additional vehicles are not permitted. Located in the sought-after Windsor at Westside community, this property offers first-class amenities including a resort-style pool, lazy river, water slides, and a clubhouse with arcades and a bar and lounge. Just a short drive from Disney World, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios, you'll have easy access to world-class attractions. The resort is conveniently located off state road 192 and US 27, near I-4, making it easy to explore the Orlando area. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs not approved in writing will incur a fee of up to $250. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between guests, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness. Smoking and drug use are strictly prohibited on the property, and violations may result in fines. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM, and guests are asked to respect the neighborhood and keep noise to a minimum during these times. The property can accommodate a maximum of 10 guests, and only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. Fireworks and firearms are not permitted on the property. The home is equipped with Wi-Fi, allowing you to stay connected and work remotely if needed. A laptop computer is not included.
