Pets are welcome with a non-refundable fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of two pets per stay. No parties or large gatherings are allowed, and only registered guests are permitted. A noise alert device is installed to monitor decibel levels, ensuring compliance with local noise ordinances. The fireplace is wood-burning, and guests are asked to refrain from using it without prior approval. Body towels are provided, but guests are encouraged to bring their own pool towels.
