Eva's Guest Haus features two tastefully appointed bedrooms with stately four-poster beds and luxurious linens, two bathrooms, a cozy sitting room, and a fully equipped kitchen. The bedrooms exude romance and refinement, while the bathrooms offer a choice between a shower and a nostalgic antique claw-foot tub with a shower attachment. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi access throughout the house, a welcoming gas fireplace in the living room, and a secluded backyard retreat. Situated just blocks away from Downtown Fredericksburg's main attractions, you'll have the convenience of walking to numerous wineries, dining options, and shops while enjoying the secluded relaxation at Eva's Guest Haus. Downtown Fredericksburg is a hub of culture and cuisine, offering culinary delights at nearby restaurants, local wines, and rich history through its well-preserved architecture and museums. Key attractions include Hill & Vine, The Stable Cocktail Bar, and the National Museum of Pacific War, all within walking distance. Guests will enjoy complete access to Eva's Guest Haus, while the Sunday Haus, located at the front of the property, will remain securely locked. This property is not suitable for kids and infants, and no pets, smoking, fireworks, or parties are allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. Please adhere to the designated check-in and check-out times to ensure a smooth transition between guests. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur a fee. The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and present for the entirety of the stay. Additional charges may apply if personal items are left behind. This is a dark sky community, so please shut off any lights while not in use. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key. Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling) and adjust by no more than 2 degrees per hour.
