Fully equipped with super-experienced hosts, this is our latest jewel and your calm oasis right in the middle of North America's hottest development zone only 10 minutes from the airport. Two bedroom apartments this size with nothing included regularly rent for $1800 - $2200 per month in this area, but Pecan Place's amazing All-In-One flat monthly rental fee includes: - Electricity - Water - Private Laundry machines in each apartment - Big Screen 4K Smart TV in the living room with HDTVs in each bedroom - High Speed WiFi, Netflix and ROKU - Use of all furnishings including high-end, pillow-top beds and linens, high quality folding bed in living room, dining set, coffee and end tables, couches, desks, chairs, lamps etc. - Fully equipped kitchens including pots, pans, baking sheets and pans, coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, full sized fridge and stove, dishes and flatware and more - Garbage - Pest control - Lawn care - Parking for two cars - Use of outdoor patio/picnic/grilling/games area Monthly and yearly rates area available. Suite C is located on the second floor, ground floor units are also available. This is a quiet and relaxing place to be, with quiet hours from 10pm to 8am, so you will be able to relax and sleep well. Very popular with Samsung and TESLA employees as well as tradespeople, we are a welcoming place that is also pet friendly. All pets permitted, owner must pay for any and all pet damage including replacing anything clawed by cats or chewed by dogs. There is a $250 cleaning fee per pet which will be refunded if extreme cleaning is not required after you leave. You will need to pay for the cost of repairing any and all damage caused inside the unit during your stay. Normal use of water, electricity, garbage, pest control, lawn care and parking for two cars are all included at no extra fee. No use of commercial appliances or commercial operations/activities are allowed. Smoking inside the units will result in immediate termination of occupancy. Smoking outside on the property is permitted, but never on balconies, walkways, porches or other areas which may annoy or interfere with other tenants. Littering on the property, including cigarette butts, is not allowed. The first instance will result in a written warning, the second will result in immediate termination. You must purchase renters insurance and provide us with monthly proof of payment. Or we can do that for you as well for $75/month. There are no other fees other than your rental fee. In-unit laundry facilities are included, along with all furnishings.
Pecan Place Suite C is your fully furnished, stylish and inviting home. This large, 1000 sq. ft. apartment with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom is on the second floor of the Pecan Place 4-plex. Perfect for people relocating to the area or doing contract work. Quality rest is super important, so we've spent the money to buy higher end beds and linens. There is a king bed in the master bedroom and a queen bed in the second bedroom, along with 32 inch TVs in both bedrooms. The living room features a 50 inch TV, writing desk for those working while on the road, and a futon with a queen size mattress. Our kitchens are actually properly equipped and you'll find coffee, tea, and sugar waiting for you when you wake up as well as oil, spices etc. ALL utilities INCLUDED with rent: electricity, water, garbage, pest control and 400mbps Internet/WiFi, as well as Netflix. In-unit laundry is also available and two off-street parking spaces. Located in the heart of Old Manor, (just 1 block from City Hall,) it is within easy walking distance of everything that you need including Ethnic Food from around the World, the local pool hall, and of course amazing Texas BBQ.
