This studio is small but complete, and is located at De La Vina and Canon Perdido, just 2 blocks from State Street and 2 blocks from the main downtown Bus terminal. Very close to SBCC, about 9 blocks, and there is a bus stop headed to campus 50 yards from the door. The apt is about 11 x 19 and this includes a small hall, closet, a kitchen and a bath. The bath has a shower and the kitchen is complete with a stove, fridge and is a part of the main room. But this is SMALL! 1920's building. New paint and new bamboo flooring ( real thick flooring ). $1285 includes gas, water, trash, electric and WIFI. First and a months deposit The WIFI for that side of the building is IN this apt. So there is some occasional re-boot requests. But the good side is that this has the best internet possible. You can plug right in and you will have the best internet speed in the building. $40 additional person, however this is very small living space.
