The open-concept living space invites relaxation with a deep green modular sectional, vegan leather swivel chairs, a 55” Smart TV, and board games for group fun. The dining area features a beautiful 10-person oak-toned table ideal for shared meals, celebrations, or remote work. The fully stocked kitchen includes stainless steel cookware, ceramic dinnerware, a coffee maker, Keurig, blender, toaster oven, and more. The Terra Haus is located in East Durham, one of the city’s most historic and fast-evolving neighborhoods. For everyone’s safety and peace of mind, the property is equipped with Ring cameras on the exterior—no cameras are placed inside the home. A noise monitoring device is installed inside to ensure respectful guest behavior and neighborhood compliance. It does not record conversations—only volume levels.
