Public transit is good in the area; bus lines are frequent, and commuting to nearby areas like Orem is fairly easy. The area offers a rich selection of locally owned restaurants, cafés, and retailers. There are also cultural venues (e.g. arts centers), galleries, events like farmers markets in Pioneer Park, regular art-strolls, etc. Pioneer Park and Provo Recreation Center are close by — they provide green space, walking paths, splash pads, etc. If you like being outdoors, there are nearby trails and parks. PARKING: Tenants entitled to one assigned parking space only. Any other parking must be found with paid street parking or nearby garages. Tenants will need to register their vehicle with the parking enforcement, and keep parking pass hanging from their rearview mirror at all times.
