We are looking for an individual, couple, or family to enjoy our home located in the historic Fox Point neighborhood of Providence. The primary bedroom on the top floor has a king size bed with a high-end mattress and the en-suite bathroom highlights a large soaking tub. The other 2 bedrooms on the ground floor each have a queen size bed. The eat-in kitchen features stainless steel appliances and leads directly to a spacious patio. The house has an energy efficient radiant heating system with floor heating on the first and second floor and all bedrooms and the main floor living area are equipped with mini split AC systems. The neighborhood is charming. Only minutes away (on foot) from both Brown and RISD, you can also walk to many restaurants, coffee shops, stores, and Trader Joe's. Beautiful parks and the bay are a few blocks away. We don't have off street parking but purchase resident parking permits from the City that allows overnight street parking.
