Address: 1965 East 15th Ave Apt. 437 Eugene, OR 97403 Orchard Crossing- Brand new building (I've only been in the unit for 3 weeks; first tenant) http://www.orchardcrossingeugene.com Unit 437- Top Floor; Penthouse Feel and great views of Eugene! Rent: $1745 Security deposit: $600-$900 depending on credit Water/Sewer/Garbage $35 (flat fee/month) Internet (private): Free in each unit Pet Rent (if applicable): $25/month; $500 pet deposit Parking Garage Fee (if applicable): $50-100/month Utilities (EWEB): My electricity bill for the month of August was $23.00 Approx. 473 sq. ft, Top/4th floor apartment (elevators). Great view of Spencer Mountain and just a few short blocks to U of O! Unit comes fully furnished, including 2 large flat screen wifi enabled TV's. See pics below for furnished items. The only thing that's not included is the bed you see pictured. But, if you pick up my lease and are in need of a quality bed, you can have my Queen size Ikea Malm Platform Bed frame and queen size mattress for free! If you're not interested in that bed, the building will furnish you a full size bed frame and mattress as part of the listed rental fee. ***You can also elect to not have the unit furnished at all and save a few dollars a month on rent. Call Orchard Crossing for more info. Unit (437) also has a dishwasher, stove, microwave, full-size refrigerator, A/C unit, stackable washer and dryer, 2 large closets and full size bathroom with bathtub. Lots of storage in kitchen and bathroom. The fourth floor also has a viewing deck with tables, lawn chairs and 3 gas grills. This place has everything you need! The gym is awesome, nice indoor pool and Jacuzzi, theater room, dog washing room (indoors), secure bike storage, etc. Package delivery system for orders from Fedex, PS, USPS. Please check link listed above for more details. Market of Choice is a block away, Little Burger is a 2 min walk, along with Subway, Starbucks, etc. Very walkable neighborhood with a small park just a 2 blocks away. And the U of O is just a 1-2 blocks from the building. I am leaving the area much sooner than anticipated for Anchorage, AK and need someone to take over my lease ASAP. If you're interested, you will go directly through Orchard Crossing and set up your own lease agreement with them. Again, the apartment is Unit 437. I would like to have the space filled by mid/end of September. Hopefully someone moving in by 9/28/17... sooner if possible or needed by you. Express interest and we can work something out.
