During the summer months, Teton Valley becomes a paradise for outdoor enthusiasts. You can explore miles of scenic trails on your mountain bike, cast a line in world-class fishing spots, and enjoy live music events that bring the community together. This is a loft apartment above the garage of a main house that is a separate vacation home rental. The backyard is split into two with a privacy fence and the other unit has a separate entrance. Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am. No events are allowed, including parties, large gatherings, and weddings. No smoking or vaping in the home or on the decks. An additional charge will be applied if any butts are found on the property. Maximum of one licensed vehicle in the driveway. Fines will apply for violations including but not limited to: leaving garbage in the house or litter on grounds, failure to disclose or clean up after pets, smoking in the house or garage, failure to follow house rules and respect posted signs, failure to follow check-out procedure, mistreatment of hot tub, or violations of local laws. Minimum $500 fine for smoking/vaping/marijuana in the house, violation of house rules, posted signs, laws, or failure to vacate at check-out time.
