The large living room features a sleeper sofa, a 50" flat-screen TV, and a writing desk. Enjoy a great night's sleep on a queen-size bed featuring a nectar mattress. The bedroom also offers an additional flat-screen TV and dresser. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, dishwasher, and dining table. Cool off in the outdoor swimming pool or have a BBQ in the building's outdoor pool area. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis with an additional $150 pet cleaning fee as the apartment requires special cleaning after your stay. Guests bringing pets will be required to sign a pet contract. Parking is available at $15 per night and must be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space. Pack n' Play and high-top chair are available upon request for $10 per night. There is a $150 lost key fee and a $100 lockout fee. A welcome booklet will be emailed two weeks prior to arrival, including information about the property. Three days prior to arrival, arrival instructions will be sent, containing a navigational application that guides directly to the property.
