My husband and I enjoyed a month's stay at Bob's beautiful condo in Gateway. This condo was clean, equipped and ready for our stay. Many nights we sat on the Lanai overlooking the pond with a glass of wine enjoying the tranquility of it all. We felt very safe and secure in this gated community...very friendly people. If we had any questions or needed anything Bob was right there to help us. We have had some bad rental experiences in Florida, but this was definitely not one of them. It went beyond our expectations and we can't wait until we can come down again next year. Thanks again Bob!

To any prospective tenants
I recently leased the townhouse located at 3862 Cherrybrook Loop, Ft Myers, Fl from Jan 2016 - March 2016. I found this to be a very pleasurable experience. The unit was very quiet, clean, friendly neighbors and well kept amenities. We were the first tenants this unit had been leased to so there were some minor issues that needed attention the first week of our stay, but after those things were ironed out we had no problems with anything and everything worked well. Never having leased a property in Florida we didn't know what to expect. Let me say I was pleasantly surprised by the town home as well as the landlord. The landlord was attentive to any needs we had and kept us informed of anything going on inside the complex. If I have the opportunity to rent from this landlord in the future I will definitely take it.

This was the first time my husband and I ever rented a vacation property in Florida. We were pleasantly surprised. The rental was exceptionally clean and tidy. We did not know what to expect as we based our decision on the pictures and information from the internet. Our rental had all necessary items needed to run a house including paper towels, soap, dishwashing detergent and laundry detergent. This of course was in addition to the very basics including sheets, towels, dishes, and pots & pans. When minor problems arose the owner addressed them immediately to our satisfaction. We would highly recommend renting from Robert Dolce.
