Includes utilities. Access to washer & dryer in my garage. I require a $2000 security deposit (includes full credit towards last month's rent if you give me 30 days' notice). Single occupancy only. Looking for someone who's generally the quiet type. Prefer someone who wouldn't be bringing in regular guests or visitors. WILLING TO CONSIDER ONE SMALL DOG (UNDER 25 LBS).
