Step outside to a backyard oasis with a sparkling pool, spa, outdoor dining, loungers, and a fire pit. The outdoor kitchen and grassy play areas make it ideal for families or groups. Located in a serene neighborhood with beautiful landscapes, this Ocotillo Oasis is the perfect blend of luxury, relaxation, and fun. The home boasts a chef's kitchen with breakfast bar seating, perfect for preparing meals and entertaining guests. The elegant dining area with a fireplace adds a touch of sophistication to your dining experience. This pool is equipped with a heated pool and pool heating is optional. The cost for pool heat is $70.20 per day. Should the home be equipped with a spa or hot tub, the cost to heat the spa or hot tub is included in the rental amount year-round. Downtown Ocotillo is filled with great restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, and walking paths along the canals. It's a great spot for meeting friends or making new ones. Just outside downtown Ocotillo, you can admire the works of public art by local artists while you take a stroll through a century's worth of architectural hotspots. Enjoy live performances by the Chandler Symphony Orchestra or partake in the food and cultural festivals. Activities abound, whether it is shopping at the Chandler Fashion Mall, Baseball Spring training, NASCAR, IRONMAN triathlon training, or cruising the 327 miles of bike lanes and paths. Chandler and the surrounding area is filled with other world-class golf courses as well. There are at least 5 more within a 10-mile drive. Ocotillo is centrally located near youth sports at Sneidinger Park, Intel, The Chandler Mall, and Downtown Chandler is just a few moments away as well. It is an easy 20-minute ride from Sky Harbor Airport. Occupancy limits and quiet hours from 9pm to 8am are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in the property. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $300 smoking fee and liability for any fire or property damage costs. Air conditioning cannot go below 70 degrees as this freezes out the units and causes issues. For stays of over 30 nights, an electricity cap has been determined as presented in your rental agreement.
