In addition, this apartment has brand new carpet and vinyl flooring, new cordless blinds, a new ceiling fan, new baseboard throughout, a new kitchen faucet and more! We strive to continually modernize and improve our apartments! In addition to the bedroom closets, there is a coat closet and a linen closet in the bathroom with new built-in shelving. We strive to keep our property and apartments maintained and modern. This apartment is in very good shape and we always ensure it will stay that way! We offer a perfect location for commuting, close to SR522, I405 and I5. Rather bus or bike? Bothell Park and Ride is a fifteen minute walk (or shorter bus ride) away, as is the Sammamish River Trail / Burke Gilmann Trail.
