Located in a quiet neighborhood but conveniently near all the exciting Dallas attractions, this 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom getaway is a sight to behold. With a spacious living room, a dream kitchen, and a backyard meant for entertaining, this place is perfect for large groups of families. Here, you can cook together, play in the backyard, and make amazing memories. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's dream, with high-end appliances and everything you need to whip up delicious meals and snacks. The dining room offers a restaurant-like environment with its curated décor and beautiful lighting. Free parking is available to all guests in the garage or on the driveway. If additional parking is needed, feel free to park on the neighborhood streets as well. We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for more than 6 guests, with a $29/night fee for each additional guest. Come experience the best of Dallas! A bustling cosmopolitan known for its sports, history, BBQ, and frozen margaritas, Dallas is home to more than a dozen neighborhoods and districts that each have their own distinct vibe and attractions. From spectacular museums and performing arts venues in the Arts District to the buzzing nightlife of live music and lively bars, there’s something for everyone here in Dallas. Attractions include the Perot Museum of Nature and Science, George W. Bush Presidential Center, Dallas Arboretum Botanical Gardens, White Rock Lake Park, Children’s Aquarium Dallas at Fair Park, and Deep Ellum. Smoking of any type is not allowed and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. No parties or events are allowed. Pets should be discussed in advance; we only allow house-trained pets and ask to make sure they keep off beds and furniture. Pet cleaning fees apply. Full disclosure policy for numbers of people on the property at any time with security camera verification to comply with local laws and booking platform policies. Rest assured, no cameras are in any inside private areas as we respect the privacy of our guests. Small low-key gatherings are allowed only upon request and approval in advance. Includes high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, and a washer/dryer. A laptop computer is not included.
