The property is equipped with essential amenities, including central heating and air conditioning, complimentary linens and towels, a fully equipped kitchen, an in-house washer and dryer, an iron, a hairdryer, and free cable TV and internet. To get you started, we provide a handy supply of starter items, such as 1 roll of paper towel, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish detergent, trash bags for all garbage receptacles, 1 new toilet paper roll in each bathroom, as well as soap, shampoo, and conditioner in all full bathrooms. There is no daily housekeeping service included in the rental rate. Before check-in, a professional cleaning company will thoroughly clean and inspect the unit, providing clean sheets and towels. Mid-stay cleaning services can be arranged for an additional fee. Excessive cleaning or a double clean is charged at $100.00. In accordance with Florida law, we cannot leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets. Any remaining food items will be removed after guest check-out, and no condiments or coffee powder will be provided before check-in.
