Your stay at Queens Cove includes full access to two fully stocked kitchens, one on the main level and one on the lower level, perfect for creating culinary masterpieces. Enjoy two sitting areas and exciting games, with easy access to the lake and pool area on the lower level. The outdoor amenities include a heated salt-water pool, covered seating area, hot tub, fire pit, and a private dock with covered seating. Child-friendly amenities such as a high-chair, Pack-N-Play, and dinnerware are also provided, along with high-end toiletries, towels, and beach towels. This home is pet-friendly with a two-dog allowance and no pet fee. An additional dog may be allowed with an extra fee. The property features a private dock for mooring your boat, two kayaks with life jackets, and a hot tub overlooking the lake. Please note that the garage and boat lift are not accessible to renters, but boats can be tied to the side of the dock. The pool is heated to a minimum of 80 degrees from April 1 to October 31. The enchanting locale of Queens Cove is ideal for both adventure and relaxation. Situated on Lake Norman's waterfront, it offers opportunities for kayaking or a pontoon ride. With 500 miles of shoreline, there are many waterfront restaurants to explore. Maximum overnight occupancy is 16, and maximum daytime occupancy is 20. The property has two active security cameras on the premises, one pointed at the driveway and road and another towards the dock. The garage and boat lift are not accessible to renters. Lake Norman water levels are managed by Duke Power, and water depth cannot be guaranteed. A laptop computer is not included.
