Due to the acute labor shortage, the repairs may not be provided the next day. 4) Deposit should be completed & Utilities are transferred before receiving the home keys. 5) In case of legal action taken towards the Tenant, due to Tenant's failure to follow any of the lease terms/HOA Terms, renter pays for all the legal expenses and moves out of the property within 2 weeks, including but not limited to forfeit Tenant's security deposit. 6) Smoking or illegal substances (per US government guidelines) not allowed in the house at any cost may it be possession or consumption 7) Tenant is required to complete the move-in inspection report within five days of moving into the property, otherwise it is deemed accepted by the Tenant as the property is in good condition 8)Tenant is required to perform the move-out inspection and tenant pays for any damages or repairs of any kind 9) Rent paid on First day of the month 10) Tenant pays Lease Break Penalty of 2 month's rent 11) Tenant is required for changing the light bulbs, HVAC Filters, batteries as needed.
