An additional charge of $25 per month per pet is also due in addition to the rent. Maximum pets allowed are 2. We do not provide online applications. Applications are Provided only at the time of showings. All Showings are by appointment - no office or staff at this location. Applications are Accepted on a First Come, First Served Basis for Available Units. Application Fee is $45 per applicant and is non-refundable. Applications Require 1 - 2 business days for verification. Each applicant must have their own individual email address. Sorry, but we do not accept housing assistance programs. REQUIREMENTS: 1.) Firestone Park lies a few miles south of downtown Akron. Like other neighborhoods in Akron, it can trace its roots back to the early 1900s, when neighborhoods were developed and houses built to accommodate workers in the city's rubber industry.
