This peaceful beach escape offers a relaxing and beautiful condominium with the Gulf of Mexico on one side and Little Lagoon on the other. Enjoy the newly renovated tile, walk-in shower, and new wood composite furniture on the balcony. As a guest of this resort, you’ll enjoy year-round swimming in the spacious pool. If laps in the pool and swimming in the ocean are not enough to keep you active, there is surf and sun on one side and fishing and boating on the other. This location is perfect for fishing enthusiasts, with two docks featuring benches and lighting, and a fish cleaning station on the east dock. The beautiful beach and relaxing water provide everything you need for a perfect vacation or weekend getaway. Parking is available with limited spaces for a maximum of 2 cars. Parking passes can be purchased onsite for $30 per pass during working hours from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Beach chair and umbrella rentals are available on the private beach. The condominium is ideally situated for exploring local attractions such as OWA, Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, Waterville, The Track, Alligator Alley, Fort Morgan, Pirate Island Adventure Golf, Dolphin Cruises, Foley Railroad Museum, and Tanger Outlet Mall. Enjoy dining at nearby restaurants like Acme Oyster House, Bahama Bob's Beach Side Café, Baumhowers of Orange Beach, The Beach House Kitchen and Cocktails, Bills by the Beach, and Bubba's Seafood House. The property has a security camera/recording device installed outside for your safety and protection. The minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old from March 1st to May 1st. Beach towels are not provided. The home has a maximum occupancy limit, and renters who exceed this limit are subject to eviction. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, with a $200 fine plus cleaning costs for violations. Quiet hours are observed from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m., with a $200 fine for violators. The condominium association has a strict no-pets policy, only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed. No parties or events are permitted, with a $500 fine for violations. A state identification card or driver's license copy will be requested upon booking, and the traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation. [SI]
