There is no river access from the house, only from either cul-d-sac at either end of the neighborhood. The front and side doors (French doors) have keypads that you can use a custom code to get in. There is also a security camera that views the whole front of the home along with sensored lights in the driveway and front yard. The neighorhood is small with approx 75 homes. All the neighbors help one another out. Whether borrowing a cup of sugar, buying fresh eggs or keeping an eye out for one another, this is a place everyone feels safe!
