Stainless steel fridge, dishwasher, oven & microwave are included and a washer and dryer are also included, 3 car tandem garage, 6 foot privacy fence along the sides and a split rail fence with welded wire along the back fence. It has central air. All 4 bedrooms have black out blinds that are top-down for privacy while still allowing ease of natural light. All the other windows have light-out blinds. Dogs are allowed (no puppies) with an additional $50/month pet rent, 2 dogs maximum. No cats allowed. This is managed by the owner, not a property management company. The owner is a licensed real estate agent in Colorado since 2006 and owns 4 homes in Raindance. This home has an HOA greenbelt behind it, has mountain views from the back patio and the community trail is directly behind the house. The neighborhood pool is amazing and is only a few blocks away. There is a restaurant at the front entrance to the subdivision and there are several fruit bearing orchards throughout the neighborhood along with many parks.
