A gardening service is provided at the expense of the Owner. This home has no garage access as the Owner is storing belongings in the detached garage. The garage can be made available for an additional $200 per month. The home will be ready for move in by July 20, 2023. PET POLICY: This property will not accept pets. Please drive by the home, do not disturb anyone on the property, and then call our office at ext 120 to schedule a showing.
