THIS IS A HUGE APARTMENT (1200 SQUARE FEET) Most two-bedroom apartments are only 750 square feet or so; these are half-again as large (1200 square feet). The living room/dining area is 24 by 13 feet, double the size found in most apartments. The kitchens measure 10 by 12 feet, not including the walk-in pantry. Each bedroom is 13 by 15 feet and has a spacious closet. The washer and dryer (included) are in a closet in the bedroom hallway. There is a coat closet by the front door and a linen closet in the bedroom hallway. There is a storage shed in the patio. HIGH CEILINGS. LOTS OF LIGHT. STYLISH INTERIOR -- LIKE SOMETHING OUT OF DWELL MAGAZINE. The ceilings are 9 to 9½ feet high. (Ceilings in most apartments are only eight feet high.) The windows are large and let in lots of light. Mesquite trees and trellises shade the windows from the summer sun. The interior is light and stylish, with white walls and white mini-blinds. The kitchen has white appliances (including a dishwasher), white cabinets with stylish stainless-steel handles, and gray Silestone (faux granite) countertops. There are polished concrete floors in the main living area. The bedrooms and halls are carpeted. The bedrooms have high-quality gray carpeting. The unit has central air conditioning and heating. All the windows are double-pane and low-e. The owner pays for the water and the gardener. Tenants pay for electricity. The unit is cable and internet ready, and is wired for an alarm system. TRIPLEX WITH TWO TWO-BEDROOM UNITS AND ONE ONE-BEDROOM UNIT. ONE BLOCK TO CAMPUS (NEAR SAM HUGHES). This quiet triplex is located in a pleasant student neighborhood, only one block south of the University of Arizona campus, right next to the Sam Hughes neighborhood. ARCHITECT-DESIGNED. LUSH LANDSCAPING The building was designed by a local architect. The exterior walls are gray concrete block covered with cat's claw and honeysuckle vines. It has a flat, parapet-style roof. Mesquite trees surround the building, and shrubs and flowers cover much of the lot. Each apartment has a large concrete patio just outside the living-room sliding-glass door and a walled, totally private yard that all of the rooms look onto. RESPONSIVE MANAGEMENT. QUIET ATMOSPHERE. Before you move in, we make sure that your apartment is scrubbed, waxed, and spotlessly clean. And if anything goes wrong after you move in, our handyman, Ron, fixes it immediately. The gardener keeps the landscaping well maintained. The three apartments in this building are quiet and private. Concrete-block walls deaden any outside noise. This is ideal housing for mature undergraduates, graduate students, professors, other U of A employees, or others who want a quiet, stylish place to live.
