Topanga Canyon Blvd/Hwy 27 is now open 24 hrs to the Valley and PCH, and is currently being renovated with minimal traffic delay. The Valley and the beaches are 12 minutes away, Santa Monica, UCLA, and Venice is 20-30 minutes away in light traffic. Topanga is an oasis of natural splendor offering a tranquil life-style within easy reach of bustling Los Angeles. A small to medium size dog and/or cat is welcome with a monthly security deposit of $50.00 for each pet. Nuisance barkers will not be permitted and dogs must be on leash when outside the house. Tenant pays for electricity on a shared percentage basis, propane, and internet. Water and trash are included. This is a non-smoking house.
