This is a top floor end unit with vaulted ceilings and accented living + dining walls, a large balcony deck overlooking private backyard grounds and from where beautiful morning sun shines in, a kitchen that has the original Pergo flooring, double sinks, and an outside-view-opening arch that also allows for easy transfer access to/from dining room, great sized large bedrooms, fully remodeled bathrooms where main bathroom has a tall, skillfully placed skylight, a large master walk-in closet, master bathroom that has designated dressing vanity space, central heating, good insulation, double-pane windows and patio doors, covered parking at the front door with second/guest parking nearby, very-well-functioning kitchen appliances and full size front loading W/D! A must see! There is a tennis court that has a basketball court-board in it in the complex and is available upon request. There is also an on-site property manager, who is available for help from 10am-6pm M-F in the office that's across the street or is working remotely in B Building. The office offers firewood to it's residents. It is very close to shopping centers as well as easy access to 515, 167 and 405, and a beautiful, short drive from/to I-5. Either way to Seattle downtown or to East side/Microsoft main campus is a half hour drive. It is close to schools, parks, and other amenities such as the The Landing, Valley Medical Center, Westfield Southcenter Shopping Mall, IKEA, as well as SEATEC airport is 7-9 miles. Great outdoors are also within a 10 miles radius: Gene Coulon Memorial Beach Park is 6miles North, Kubota Garden is 7-11miles NorthWest, and Cougar Mountain Regional Wildland Park is 9-10miles NorthEast from this complex. A car is required as there is some but not too much public transportation around in the area and parking spots are free! The garbage, sewer, and majority of water (incoming) are paid for while renter pays for all other utilities (i.e. part water (outgoing), electricity, internet, etc.). There is a $25-$30 application fee (online, if you have not applied in the last 30 days via this website or you may also find this unit on other common rental websites if you have already paid there in the last month) and one month's rent + $250 extra is due as deposit at lease signing to cover any late/missed/lease-break-fee payments and since the HOA charges a renter move-out fee. So, the $250 is non-refundable but if no payments are missed and the full lease term is completed, then the one month's fee can be returned at move-out. This is a non-smoking, no pets unit but if you have those needs, please be ready to discuss deposits and fees for each. It could be a month-to-month agreement beyond the full lease term or renewal of a lease.
