Available June 1, 2023, One year lease minimum, $3,000 per month unfurnished with a $4,500 security deposti, or, $3,500 per month furnished with a $5,250 security deposit. No subletting without prior approval by owner or property manager. No additional tenants or long-term guests other than those listed on lease agreement. 30-day written notice to property manager, or property owner, whoever you are delivering you monthly rent to at the time, prior to move-out. A walk-through will be conducted prior to departure to ensure the home is being left in the condition you found it at move-in. No smoking on premises. This includes the exterior property. No liquid filled furniture is allowed unless approved by owner or manager in writing prior to use. Tenant(s) must provide proof of Renters Insurance. Respect your neighbors privacy and property at all times. Please be mindful that this is a residential, quiet neigborhood. We love pets! We will allow a pet with an additional $500 deposit for each pre-approved pet. After move-in, any new pets need to be pre-approved before you bring them home.
