Room/Apt Features: Floor to Ceiling windows face the west wall and give you a gorgeous view of the sunset over the Rocky Mountains every evening. Elevator or stairway entry. Located on the fourth (4th) floor with beautiful views of the Rocky Mountains. Close to the new CSU Health Center, the new stadium, and campus (all within walking distance). Within walking distance to Starbucks, Human Bean, Whole Foods, & King Soopers. Close to plenty of restaurants and nightlife. Within walking distance to Old Town. Right next to Spring Creek Trail (can be seen from window it is so close). Perfect area for bikers or people who frequent the outdoors. Appliances include a modern Fridgidaire set with a range/oven, microwave with exhaust hood and lighting, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Stack Washer/Dryer in its own private area (behind door to reduce noise) within the studio apartment allows you to save money while doing laundry at your own convenience (no roommates to coordinate timing or laundry mats to pay). Kitchen features quartz counter tops with plenty of space for appliances. Plenty of cabinet and storage space. Larger of the two Studio layouts. Fully furnished: includes a full-sized bed, desk with chair, entertainment center, dining room table with 2 chairs, side table, full-sized couch with matching chair, dresser, lots of closet space with racks, and blinds for the tall windows. Brand new remodel includes new hardwood looking bathroom flooring, ceiling fan above bed, and garbage disposal. Full-Sized bathroom with tub and shower features great lighting and brand new flooring. Amenities & Common Area Features: Extremely friendly & welcoming community (including staff!). Receive major discounts at local business like Snack Attack (20% off meal) and more just for being a State resident. Staff makes move-in super easy and even provides a dolly if need be for moving heavy items. Plenty of outdoor lighting for secure nighttime entry. Carpeted hallways lead to your private apartment entrance with soon-to-be electronic keyless entry. Keyless entry using electric FOB system on all outside doors for enhanced security currently exist. In addition to private entry, State Fort Collins also features an On-Site security guard and plenty of cameras for video surveillance. Several indoor common areas exist including a computer lab with 4 iMac computers and access to a printer for color or black and white printing (just bring your own paper). In addition, there are also 4 large conference rooms inside the computer lab that all have independent access and feature large tables, comfortable chairs, lighting, and whiteboards. Each of the four floors in our building feature 2-4 study areas allowing access to internet (plug-in) and several electric outlets. There is also a large Media room with a huge HDTV, cable, and HDMI hook-ups; loaded with comfortable couches and chairs/ottomans as well as a large counter top and 2 mini-refrigerators for hosting conferences or parties. Public restrooms and vending machines are available across from the media room. The electronic FOB key also gives you private access to the 24 hour gym that features both machines and free-weights, a tanning booth, a sauna, and a full blown yoga room with TV, and plenty of space to workout. Several outdoor community areas exist independently of one another consisting of a lighted pool and hot tub area with grills and an outdoor TV; another area includes grills and a fireplace. There is also an outdoor sand volleyball pit with its own access using the FOB key. Our lease also features Covered Parking Garage access with assigned parking featuring a premium location on the bottom floor for your vehicle to stay snow free and out of the way from hail. FREE Starbucks coffee and Hot Cocoa available in the lobby 24/7! Handicap accessible with plenty of ramps for initial entry and 2 elevators for easy apartment access. We also have a free gaming area with a pool table flush with cues, balls, and chalk, a ping-pong table with paddles and balls, and couches with plenty of board and card games available for anyone to use including 3 TV's that can all be set to sports or music channels. Maintenance responds to work orders quickly and efficiently and work orders can be easily placed online 24/7. You get your own locked mailbox that is accessible from indoors including a small locker for packages; if the package is too large then staff accepts the package(s) for you and locks them in a secure area from which you can retrieve your package during office hours by providing ID.
