Pets are welcome with a fee of $30 per pet per night, with a maximum of two dogs under 20 lbs each. The garage is locked and not accessible during your stay. Pool service is provided weekly on Thursday afternoons. Perfectly situated for those attending a tournament at BLD, this home is also near the vibrant hotspot of Arlington, TX, with less than 30 minutes access to all its attractions. Nearby, you'll find the Big League of Dream Ballpark, Joe Pool Lake, Walnut Creek Country Club, Hawaiian Falls Water Park, Mansfield National Golf Course, and more. The home is in a lovely subdivision with plenty of sidewalks and paseos, offering easy access to shopping centers, food spots, and parks. Check-in is after 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM, with self-check-in available via SmartLock. No parties or events are allowed unless explicitly granted privilege in writing, with a $500 fee for unauthorized events. Smoking is prohibited inside the house and within 6 feet of any doorway. Additional cleaning charges may apply for not picking up after pets. Pool safety is a priority, with no diving allowed and adult supervision required for children. The piano is not available for use. The front office is equipped with a desktop computer and printer for your use. Wi-Fi is available throughout the home, and the living room features a Samsung Smart TV with streaming and music apps, Roku, and a Bose sound system. The master bedroom also includes a TV with Roku and a Bose sound system. Small children and infants can be accommodated, but there are no specific child safety precautions in place. A closet contains a Pack n Play crib, a pop-up crib, a stroller, a dining table chair with an infant eating tray, and some toys.
