Private deck, all appliances; Full kitchen with new gas oven and range, microwave, garbage disposal and fridge. Propane heat. (No on site laundry), wood stove, off street parking. This charming and quiet cottage is detached from the main house and it has its own private, well lit, entrance. The following utilities are includedu with rent: electric, water & garbage. Renter pays for propane and firewood as needed. Comcast, Frontier, Directv ready. Single occupancy, negotiable for additional tenants. $1880 per month plus deposit.
