Centrally located on Ocean Boulevard in Myrtle Beach, this vacation home is close to the Myrtle Beach Strip, just blocks away from the Boardwalk, and a short drive to the Sky Wheel. For memorable gifts to remind you of your vacation, there are plenty of boutiques and souvenir shops nearby. Explore local attractions like Ripley's Believe It or Not Museum and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of the area. Coastline Pest Control performs preventative treatments in every unit on the 3rd Friday of each month. Upgraded internet is available, perfect for remote work with speeds of 200mbs/20mbs per unit. In case guests fail to leave bracelets in the unit, they will be charged an extra $25 per item for replacement. The indoor pool is located at the main tower. For same-day late check-ins, host approval is required before booking. Grilling is prohibited and any violation will incur a $200 fine. Bicycles, motorcycles, mopeds, and trailers are not allowed. A State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, with any violation incurring a $250 fine plus cleaning costs. Leaving the unit later than the check-out time will incur a late check-out penalty starting from $500.
