Free parking is available for 2 cars. Parking lots are located on Withers Street, parallel to Ocean Blvd, and one street over across from the resort. This condo puts you just minutes away from Myrtle Beach’s top attractions, including Broadway at the Beach, Family Kingdom Amusement Park, and Myrtle Waves Water Park. Whether you're seeking thrilling rides, lively entertainment, or delicious dining, everything you need for the perfect getaway is right at your fingertips. Coastline Pest Control performs mandatory preventative treatments in every unit on the 3rd Friday of each month to ensure a wonderful stay and to prevent taking home any unwanted guests. In case guests fail to leave bracelets in the unit, they will be charged an extra $25 per item for replacement. The indoor pool is located at the main tower. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. Grilling is prohibited and any violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine. Bicycles, motorcycles, mopeds, and trailers are not allowed. A State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking. No smoking in the unit or on the balcony is allowed, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. No pets are allowed, and any violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine. Gatherings of more than 6 people, including both overnight guests and visitors, are not allowed and may be subject to eviction. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. You must be at least 21 years old to book this property. Leaving the unit later than the check-out time will incur a late check-out penalty starting from $500. Upgraded internet with speeds of 200mbs/20mbs makes this condo perfect for remote work from the beach.
