This condo features a private balcony with waterfront views and a fully furnished kitchen with major appliances and cookware. Enjoy free Wi-Fi, TV, and other in-unit entertainment options. The resort offers a tranquil oceanfront pool, a 150 ft. long Lazy River, an outdoor hot tub spa, a kiddie pool, and an indoor pool with a hot tub. Free parking is available for 2 cars. Parking lots are located on Withers Street parallel to Ocean Blvd and one street over across from the resort. Located centrally on Ocean Boulevard in Myrtle Beach, this condo is close to the strip, just blocks away from the Boardwalk, and near boutiques and souvenir shops. It's a short drive to the Sky Wheel and Ripley's Believe it or Not Museum. Coastline Pest Control performs mandatory preventative treatments in every unit on the 3rd Friday of each month. In case guests fail to leave bracelets in the unit, they will be charged an extra $25 per item for replacement. For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. Grilling is prohibited and any violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine. Bicycles, motorcycles, mopeds, and trailers are not allowed. A State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs. No pets are allowed, and any violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine. Gatherings of more than 8 people including both overnight guests and visitors are not allowed and may be subject to eviction. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. You must be at least 21 years old to book this property. Leaving the unit later than the check-out time will incur a late check-out penalty starting from $500. Upgraded internet with speeds of 200mbs/20mbs makes this condo perfect for remote work from the beach. A laptop computer is not included.
