Utilities are included. This unit is a quick drive or bike ride to either Highway 68 or downtown Monterey, Naval Postgraduate School, DLI, etc. A one-year lease is preferred. Some pictures depict items that will be removed before move-in, such as the walk-in closet that is now used for storage as shown in the picture. All furnishing will be as shown. Park on the street or use one space on the driveway and walk down steps to a deck and forested view to your own unit. Provided are a queen bed with linens provided if you wish; plush leather couch; kitchenette area with stainless sink; many cupboards; plus, a very large walk-in closet that has a built-in desk with desk chair provided. The living area also features a dining table with four chairs. The deck in front is yours to enjoy with views of the forest beyond. There is no washer or dryer on the premises. Wi-Fi is provided. This property will be managed by the owners, once it is rented. The owners are on premises in the main house. Heat is provided and is central forced air gas heat.
