Residents bring a refrigerator, washer, and dryer. That division keeps responsibilities simple—if the built-ins need attention from normal wear, they’ll be serviced; your fridge and laundry units remain your choice and responsibility. Outdoor living: the irrigation controller is set; please do not disable the sprinklers, and report leaks promptly so landscaping stays in good shape. Potted plants are welcome on hardscape; in-ground planting just needs quick written approval so irrigation and roots are planned correctly.
