Early check-in is available for a fee of $45 if the check-in time is between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM, subject to availability. Only one parking spot is available. This conveniently located condo offers easy access to all of Savannah's historic district. Explore River Street's scenic river views, local shops, and dining options, or discover the captivating Plant Riverside District. City Market, with its vibrant restaurants, boutiques, and live music, is just a short walk away. Nearby dining options include casual favorites like Five Guys, YATAI ramen + yakitori, and Starbucks on the building's first floor, while Ruth's Chris Steakhouse offers an elegant dining experience next door. This is a quiet family neighborhood, and guests are asked to refrain from outdoor noise from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed, and a $200 fee will be charged if evidence is found. Early check-ins or late departures without prior approval are not allowed. No refunds are issued for late check-in or early departure. The property requires identity verification for all guests aged 18 years or older. Guests should be responsive and reachable through the platform from the time the reservation is made through the completion of their stay. There is one security camera and one video doorbell for security purposes. The maximum occupancy is four guests, including children, and no visitors are allowed. Please leave all common areas clean, wash your dishes, and keep the kitchen area tidy. No food or drinks are allowed in bedrooms. Do not move any furniture or decorations within the premises. Only one set of towels per person is provided, and guests are responsible for refilling any essentials once the starter pack is depleted.
