Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi and modern entertainment options on the smart TVs. A washer and dryer are on site for guest use. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125 per stay. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees. Located just a short drive from Lake Erie’s beaches and Vermilion’s charming downtown, this property offers the perfect mix of history, comfort, and nature, providing an unforgettable stay for your group. There are decibel readers that track noise levels outside, and there is a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm and 8am. No indoor smoking is allowed, with a minimum $500 charge for extra cleaning, although smoking outside is permitted. No underage consumption or drugs are allowed, and no parties or large gatherings are permitted. A $150 charge applies for late checkout without prior notice. Guests are encouraged to remove their shoes when entering the house to help keep the space clean and comfortable. If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed, but reimbursement is available with a receipt. While a small list of checkout instructions is provided, they are not mandatory but greatly appreciated to ensure a seamless transition for the next guests.
