An additional nightly rate applies for 7 or more guests, with a USD 39/night fee for each additional guest. The fifth bedroom will only be opened for groups of 8 or more guests and the sixth bedroom for groups of 10 or more guests. Smoking is not allowed inside the property, with a USD 750 fine for violations. Security cameras are installed at the front door and garage for safety purposes. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Unregistered guests are not allowed, and street parking is forbidden. Any violation of house rules could result in penalties.
