My home is perfectly situated between Willamette Primary Elementary School and the brand new Athey Creek Middle School. Just two blocks away from all the downtown Historic Willamette restaurants and shops- walking distance down to the Willamette Park l Bernert Boat Ramp where the Willamette and Tualatin Rivers connect- and on a bus route to both Oregon City and Portland. Situated on .23 acres, I have developed my property into the perfect family oriented suburban farm that comes complete with: solid oak floors throughout- natural gas furnace and water heater- energy efficient windows- washer and dryer- deep double car garage- generous driveway- fully enclosed back yard with chicken coop and storage shed, and large covered back patio- several raised beds for gardening- a berry patch that includes raspberries, blueberries and strawberries- as well as a mini orchard with pears, cherries, figs and apples. FAQs: 1. Pets. Pets are a part of our family and absolutely allowed provided they will not damage my home. We can discuss the type of pet (dog, cat, other), size requirements (must be less than 30 pounds), breed restrictions, insurance requirements, and security deposits. 2. The "Front Yard" Farmer. The front yard is your gateway to harvest your own fresh fruit and veggies grown by your own hands. It is complete with a sprinkler system, raised beds, a 3-tiered strawberry tower, raspberries, blueberries, fruit trees and roses. 3. The "Backyard Chicken Coop". The backyard is your gateway to privacy including: sprinkler system, extra shed for storage, garden center, chicken coop (currently vacant), and covered patio with propane fire pit and gas grill. If you are interested in having the opportunity to raise chickens and collect your own eggs each morning, we can definitely discuss further. 4. Yard Maintenance. As with most homes that have land, they come with yard maintenance of which I will ask you to maintain while you enjoy my home including: mowing the grass, rose and tree pruning, and weed control. If you have plants you enjoy we can discuss the type and whether it should be put in the ground or a pot. Anything planted in the ground will be expected to stay with the property. 5. Parking. My driveway is huge and split into 2 sections. Your section will be the asphalt 2 cars wide X 3 cars deep parking area that connects the garage to the front yard. My section will be the gravel pad where my 31' travel trailer will be stored while not in use. I will always notify you prior to showing up to use/return it. A little about me: This is my second home which I bought in 2009. As a single mom, I raised my daughter in this home. I married my husband as well as lost and buried him in in this home after which I adopted my best-friend, Kieran (mini-Aussie/ Pomeranian mix). My job allows me to work 100% remote. So, it is time for me to go explore the next chapter of my life. Garbage/Recycle/Yard Debris 3. Smoking. I would prefer no smoking period. However, if you do smoke, no smoking is allowed inside my home or on either the back/front porch. 4. Pets. Welcome and upon agreement/deposit. 5. Yard Maintenance. As with most homes that have land, they come with yard maintenance of which I will ask you to maintain while you enjoy my home including mowing the grass, rose and tree pruning, and weed control. 6. Home Maintenance. I expect the interior of the home to not be damaged and maintained as clean as your found it when you moved in.
