The apartment also includes two full bathrooms that are clean, modern, and stocked with all the essentials. Parking is available with a permit that must be displayed on your dashboard or rearview mirror. Do not park in handicapped spots unless you have a valid permit. Vehicles parked improperly or in unauthorized spaces are subject to towing at the guest’s expense. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, vehicle towing, or damages incurred while parked on the property. Close to Fashion Centre at Pentagon City and Crystal City Shops, offering upscale shopping and dining options, and surrounded by parks and green spaces, such as Long Bridge Park and Virginia Highlands Park, perfect for outdoor activities and relaxation. This property is located in a residential building, so please keep noise to a minimum at all times to respect neighbors. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out must be requested at least 24 hours in advance and is subject to availability with a fee of $50. The latest possible check-out is 12:00 PM, and unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge equivalent to one night’s stay. The HVAC system is centrally managed by the building and operates according to city regulations and seasonal cycles: Heating from October 15 to May 1 and air conditioning from May 15 to October 1. During transitional periods, HVAC usage is at the discretion of the building management based on outdoor temperatures. Smoking inside will incur a $300 fine and unauthorized parties will incur a $300 fine. All guests must be registered prior to arrival with a valid government-issued ID required at the front desk for building access. Unregistered guests are not permitted and failure to provide this information in advance may result in cancellation of the reservation. Washcloths are not provided and if the property is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be applied. A damage waiver fee helps cover accidental damage, provided it is reported during your stay. Covered damages include unintentional damage to items inside the unit up to $300 per stay, while intentional damage or misuse, violations of rental policies, damage exceeding $300, damage to vehicles or personal items, theft or unreported damage, lost or stolen items, and external damage are not covered. Additional charges apply for lost FOB or access card ($250), lost parking tag ($200–$300 based on building rates), smoking inside ($300 fine), and unauthorized party ($300 fine). The apartment is remote work-friendly with a comfortable living room that includes a sofa bed and flat-screen TV, providing a cozy environment for work or relaxation. Guest screening is required for the safety and security of all residents and guests. The building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in, and this process must be completed before your arrival. If the screening is not approved or you choose not to complete it, unfortunately, your reservation will be canceled in accordance with building policy. The pool is not available for this season and we'd appreciate your understanding. Basic personal care and cooking essentials are provided to get you started for the first night of your stay, but bath towels are not provided. Deliveries are not accepted or guaranteed, so please do not send packages to the property.
