Parking is available with a permit that must be displayed on your dashboard or rearview mirror. Do not park in handicapped spots unless you have a valid permit. Vehicles parked improperly or in unauthorized spaces are subject to towing at the guest’s expense. Late check-out must be requested at least 24 hours in advance and is subject to availability with a fee of $50. The latest possible check-out is 12:00 PM. Unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge equivalent to one night’s stay. The HVAC system is centrally managed by the building and operates according to city regulations and seasonal cycles: Heating from October 15 to May 1 and Air Conditioning from May 15 to October 1. During transitional periods, HVAC usage is at the discretion of the building management based on outdoor temperatures. Smoking inside will incur a $300 fine and unauthorized parties will also result in a $300 fine. A damage waiver fee helps cover accidental damage, provided it is reported during your stay, with unintentional damage to items inside the unit covered up to $300 per stay. Lost FOB or access card will incur a $250 charge and lost parking tag will incur a $200–$300 charge based on building rates. Deliveries are not accepted or guaranteed at the property. If the property is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be applied.
