Welcome to the Tropical Playhouse where family and friends can come together to enjoy a newly renovated vacation home. Impeccable location right next to downtown and close to the London bridge. Parking for up to 8 cars and 2 Boats make it a breeze coming back from the lake. Beautiful Heated pool featuring LED color changing lights for late night swimming, spa, cornhole, minigolf, firepit, pool floats and plenty of outdoor seating. This sprawling property has much to offer. 5-Bed | 3-bath | 2 story home | Sleeps 16 Location: 5 minute drive to downtown bars & restaurants, 10 minute drive to the lake. Upstairs: Room 1: One King Bed, 1 Trundle Twin bed Room 2: Two King Beds Downstairs Room 3: Queen Bed Room 4: Two Twin Bunk Beds Room 5: Queen Bed Full access to everything with exception of the garage. We want your vacation rental experience to be memorable and convenient. Keeping a comfortable and clean property is what is most important to us. If AT ANY TIME there is a cancellation, the 4% charge is not refunded. DAMAGE PROTECTION The extra charge listed as “Waivo Insurance” on your reservation covers accidental damage in the home within a certain limit. If something happens or breaks during your stay please let us know immediately so we can file a claim. Note: This amount only covers a 10 day or less stay. If you are staying longer than 10 days we will request the difference in amount for coverage.
