Welcome to Flamingle in Fuchsia—Unit B on Tybee Island, just a quarter-mile from the beach! Enjoy the spacious layout of this beach duplex, featuring a cozy living room and a dining area perfect for post-fishing meals from the nearby Tybee Beach Pier, less than 0.5 miles away. Breathe in the sea salt air on the back patio and savor the beach lifestyle. Plus, you’re under 10 minutes from the Tybee Island Light Station. Guests will enter the home through the Fuchsia-colored door on the right side of the building. Once inside, you will be welcomed by the foyer, the perfect spot to brush the sand off your feet after a day at the beach! The fully equipped kitchen is to the right and is filled with everything you'll need to make a home-cooked meal. There is a breakfast nook with bar-stools for additional seating next to the large dining table with seating for six. The next room is the cozy living room with a queen sleeper sofa, built-in shelving, and a large Smart TV. There are two bedrooms in this house and two bathrooms. The first bedroom has a king bed and there is a queen bed and a twin-over-twin bunk in the second room. Both full bathrooms are off the hallway, making it perfect to share. There is a screened-in porch with a table and chairs, a charcoal grill, and additional seating. The large fenced-in yard is shared with the upstairs guests. Parking on the island can be a challenge and there is no free parking available at the unit. A parking pass is available for our B unit guests for a $300 partially refundable deposit. Upon payment of the deposit, guests will receive a code to a lockbox with a parking pass. Once we have verified that the pass has been returned, we will refund $250 back of your deposit. Metered street parking is available for $3 an hour. We are a pet-friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. Welcome to our majestic neighborhood, perfectly situated just minutes away from the stunning Tybee Island Beaches. Prepare yourself for an exceptional coastal experience, with convenient access to both South Beach and Back River Beach. Convenience is key, as our home is within comfortable walking distance of the iconic Tybee Beach Pier and Pavilion. Indulge in the vibrant local scene as you explore the abundance of charming shops and delectable restaurants that dot the area. From unique boutiques to beachside eateries, our neighborhood invites you to immerse yourself in the local culture and discover hidden gems that will delight your senses. In addition to the beach and culinary delights, our neighborhood also offers a range of activities to cater to every interest. Engage in water sports, embark on nature trails, or simply unwind and soak up the laid-back atmosphere that Tybee Island is renowned for. Some guests have mentioned the floors are slightly uneven and have a slight lean. This has not been something that has bothered us or caused any issues. If you think you will be unhappy with slightly uneven floors, consider this before booking. The house has a lockbox at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the downstairs unit. The yard is shared with the upstairs guests. We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free check-in via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay.
